Principles of Registry Protection
The processing of registry data is carried out with due care. Both physical and digital security measures are appropriately implemented. All information stored in the registry is treated confidentially and accessed only by those individuals whose job description includes handling the data.
Right to Access and Correct Information
Registered individuals have the right to access the information recorded in the registry and request correction of incorrect or incomplete information. If a registered individual wishes to inspect the information stored about them or request corrections, they must submit a written request to the registry holder. The registry holder may request proof of identity if necessary.
Other Rights Related to the Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, registered individuals have the right, among others, to request the erasure of their personal data from the registry (“right to be forgotten”) or restrict the use of data in the registry. All requests based on the regulation must be submitted in writing to the registry holder. The registry holder may request proof of identity if necessary.
