Why use training services?
Coaching services should be used carefully, because an endless chain of coaching and training events may be counterproductive and even hurt people’s relationship to each other and to important issues. Sometimes, however, it is well justified to use professional trainers to gain fresh views, renewed inspiration, and some extra leverage to get important things done. It may also be worthwhile remembering that culture is typically invisible from the inside, and that systems (such as a company) typically do not change without some external stimuli.

We have a total of more than 60 years of experience at the top of the Finnish coaching industry, and Marc is probably right at the top when you look at the most used business coaches in Finland. We have an exceptionally passionate attitude to quality and delivering on promises, so you can feel safe implementing training, change and learning programs with us. With the entrepreneurship that started in the summer of 2019, we can also offer our services at lower costs than before.
As coaches, Marc and Jouni receive a lot of praise for their presence, empathy, humor, and courage to give of themselves. Both of our coaches are fluent in English in addition to Finnish, and Marc also trains in Swedish. Our coaching experience has been accumulated in more than 20 countries and countless venues, from San Diego in the west to Singapore in the east.
