How much does it cost?

: Like almost all companies in our industry, we also bill based on the time used. It’s kind of silly, because no thinking client wants coaching days, but results. However, value-based pricing is often too difficult, because the effect of coaching on the desired results is in fact almost impossible to prove or calculate accurately when there is no other, parallel coaching-free universe to compare to. We are still ready to discuss part of the value-based pricing, if we identify a project where we both think the value created can be evaluated correctly. Our prices are largely standard, but we also make exceptions, if the time taken to deliver the service differs from the norms. Or if that’s what we want to do, for some reason. A few times per year, we also do pro bono work, when we come across a mission that we believe deserves free support, such as accelerating the learning of students in entrepreneurial start-up programs.

The prices below include planning, steering group work, written preliminary assignments and their analysis, possible introductory videos, training summaries for the trainees, feedback surveys and overall project planning (including invitations and taking care of practical arrangements).

We also do consulting based on an hourly fee.
