“To make sure that our people were well equipped for our annually recurring important customer negotiations, we ran two workshops with Marc during the summer and early fall of 2021. The first one was a virtual full-day meeting and the second one a two-day off-site training camp. The feedback from the participants was overwhelmingly positive – we learned new aspects of sustainable influence in negotiations, we were better prepared than ever before, and we eventually achieved desired results.
