What do we believe in?

We believe in courage, in doing things despite doubts and fears. If you could choose only one answer to the question “What is the secret to a good life?”, then courage would be number one or possibly number two, after love. But since lasting love requires courage, maybe the number one thing is courage after all.

We believe in passion, so when we work, we go all in! So even though we’ve been around for a while and already have a lot of experience under our belts, you will never get a service that feels bland from us. Or maybe it’s because our experience, how would you know.

We believe in action, even more than feelings and results. Results are of course important in business and in life, but they are typically not in our own hands. Therefore, staring at results is not wise, although an ambitious relationship to goals is. Emotions are also an essential part of humanity, and the atmosphere in the workplace is an important part of productivity and well-being. However, worshiping emotions too much and focusing on the mood can be counterproductive, and it would be wiser for us to focus our somewhat limited resources on doing things that have a positive effect on both the mood and the results. This creates both results and peace of mind, and a sense of control.

We believe in delivering on the fundamentals, the basics. All too often, people seek better results through various shortcuts or gimmicks, to little or no avail. For us, the road to success almost always goes through the uncompromising and systematic implementation of certain, often well-known, basics. Whether it’s management, sales, teamwork, presenting, icehockey or playing the drums.

We believe in humor, and perhaps above all in the ability and willingness to laugh at ourselves, with others. Life is both difficult and wonderful, often even at the same time. For us, humor is one of the best ways to make this adventure a little more wonderful and a little less difficult.
